Information used

Website visits may generate standard server logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you provide.

Freight messaging may involve phone numbers, message contents, shipment references, delivery status, and related permission or opt-out records. This information is used to deliver and support shipment conversations, troubleshoot the service, protect access, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

SMS permission and sharing

When you text a truck's number, your message is used to respond to the shipment conversation. It is not enrollment in advertising or a marketing list.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers needed to deliver and operate the messaging service.

Information may be processed by authorized personnel and service providers, including messaging and hosting providers, as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law.

Access, retention, and choices

Access to private app information is restricted through account permissions. We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, resolve issues, and satisfy applicable obligations.

You can reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, use our contact form. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
